Truck does look good, but that frame rail is now an eyesore.

Looks amazing ....I dont think the frame jumps out at all. And if it did bother you you can put some N Fabs steps on it. I wouldnt cause its sweet.

Just remember haters going to hate....

Yes to the frame rail question, no to the Honda one. Only thing more aggravating than a frame rail sticking out in the open is one that the owner doesn't take time to paint and keep looking halfway decent.
