Body Lift?
either way you are spending money if you do it right it can look good IMO and dont our truck sit on plastic bushing already and all you are doing is putting a bigger one in?
and its up to you man but if you trust someones welds why not it is one piece thats it but if you dont like that idea save up for a suspension lift either way i think it will look good i have seen both and honestly from first glance (with gap guards installed) you cant tell a difference

Well. let's see. Relocated bumpers suck. I hope you never want a brush gaurd because it won't align. And God forbid you hit anything. Tow receivers will hang below the rear bumper. Gaps between the body and frame that weren't there before. The above mentioned of cutting parts you don't have to when you do a real lift. And just the fact that you now have pieces of plastic sitting between your body and frame.
Yes, you do some cutting when you do a suspension lift, but what you cut out is replaced, not welded and extended.
Body lifts are for people who want to have a lifted truck but don't want to pay for it. Period.

That last quote made me laugh tho, thats like saying leveling kits are for people who want a lifted truck and dont want to pay for it.

You seem to have missed the point as to why I said what I did. I even bolded it. Let me see if I can make it clearer. If you are going to call someone stupid, you might want to use correct spelling and grammar. From the rest of your banter I take that you might be pushing 16 years old.
I am done with you, troll.
Wow, pissing match, WTF? Anyways, yes body lifts are legit, I am considering one but you guys don't need to argue. This isn't a spelling bee but you do have the right to voice your opinion. I was just looking for info, and I got it on the first page. If anyone has pictures of a truck with just a body lift on it I would love to see them. Thanks again, and I was not picking sides with my comments above, just saying I was looking for info, not so much on the opinions. However, opinions are welcome too.
and can't wait to see yours done
Post pics asap
