Good to hear everything went pretty well for you toward the end. Even though you had to wait.

ok guys, sorry this has taken me so long to post, ive been pretty busy.

so heres the deal, they replaced two wheels due to cosmetic issues and replaced one tire (front pass. side) as i was driving home i got a serious wobble/shimmy in the steering wheel. thought the tire was out of balance but had it checked and it was fine.

so drove home to seattle yesterday and it happened again, so my dad drove it this morning to see what i meant and he was surprised so he took it to our trusted wheel place that hes always gone to and the guy said it was because they only replaced one tire up front and not the other. front drivers side tire was 8/32 and front passenger side was new. So we went and got 3 new tires, and problem fixed. this should be obvious to some but never just replace one tire on a 4x4, the front diff was trying to go into 4x4 while i was driving.

so after that, we see that the right passenger side wheel was wobbling as we drove, jacked it up to find that looks like the disc brake is bent.

so other than that so far so good.

however, we should have never left it with the business that fixed it. they didnt seem to do a good job (obvious from above) Some things were painted on the truck when we were told they were not, we can see overspray in various places. Popped the hood today to replace my e-fan controller and they must have let it sit outside the entire time because the engine bay is filthy. had to clean my K&N filter. I can also see that some of the wiring/tubes is just a guess of how it originally went.

so in hind sight, it should have been brought to seattle but theres nothing we can do now other than try to battle the insurance company to pay for the tires and now to fix the disc brake.

here is the only picture i have on my phone, ill try to snag a few more when its by itself in a parking lot or something
