odometer readout?

can i swap my fx4 cluster with another fx4s with lower miles and the read out change or is there anyway to change the mileage. Im not trying to sell it and screw someone i just dont want to have to see that my truck has 86,000 miles on it everyday. Thanks guys.

Try tape over the odometer. Then you don't have to see that you've got 86K on your 04. Which by the way, is a rather low number of miles for a 6 year old truck.

OP, I looked at your user gallery. You were honestly worried about a little surface rust when you're going to treat it like this right after buying it? That's awesome for your paint to write little messages in the mud!
