I don't think the exist anymore, the company that use to fabricate them went out of business. The were made specifically for the Ashley and Smith Baja Champions 2006 Fx4 F150.

You can design your own with fiber fabric and liquid Bondo though. I will see if one of my friends have the same problem you have then I'll use his truck as a template to create one and post it later on how to do it. Can you take some pictures of you fender well so I can see exactly the area you are talking about?

No no, the Fender flayer and the plastic piece were designed all together as a package. All I had to do is fit it to the wheel well and screwed or zippy tied it together.

Sorry bro didn't mean to ignore you, just forgot to answer your question promptly.

Anyways, the plastic piece came with the fender flayers I purchased when I modified the flayers.

Not public legal ones. At least not presently... Most of the stuff I was aware of was beach driving, Bolivar, San Louis Pass, and points south like Mustang Island, South Padre...

There is a LOT in central / west Texas, but East Texas, not so much...

Most of my off road driving is on private land, or forest service "roads" in the national forests like Sam Houston etc...

It does help when cleaning but the main reason I got it was to hide the frame and rear wheel wells. Since they aren't painted from the factory they really stand out and look like crap. This stuff is better than paint in that it holds up to the elements, yet still makes it black and thus harder to see.

Wal-Mart. It was like $6-8 a can. I think it was by 3M...called Rubberized Undercoating.

I used Meguiars gold class, Adams polishes, Meguiars wax and sealants. I clean the plastic under the hood with Meguiars APC and mist it off.
