im sure castrol isnt that bad ive just heard they used lots of additives to bring it up to par. i usually run pennzoil, quakerstate, havoline or valvoline in my mustang that takes conventional oil. its near impossible to find a good review of all oils online
inside and out.

Monday, I tookl her to the body shop to fix the damage caused by the deer. As previously detailed, requred a new bumper and left side bumper mount and a painting of that bumper and the body color soft bumper cover above it. Also needed a few plastic push pins.
Yesterday evening, it was ready so I went and picked it up.
Today I was detailing and inspecting it. They did not straighten the left side welded mounting plate which the bumper bolts to, they shimmed with square like "body shims" meant for a 3/8" bolt at most. Bumper uses bigger bolts. Also had one side raised too high, and they forgot to install some plastic push pins. I actually unhooked the fog lights, unbolted and removed the headlights and bumper and readjusted the body color upper bumper cover and added push pins they left out, then I put headlights back, and then I used a come along and chain to pull with and pulled the left side welded plate back in correct alignment (like the owner said they'ld do on the frame machine) , checking it horizontal and verticle agaisnt right side with magnetic level and straight edges. Once I had it perfect .... and it was very easy to do .... I put the front bumper back on, leveled and at correct height, all spaces perfect, and fitting the mount perfect with ZERO shims. Like it was made for it.
Paint on bimper and bumper cover is PERFECT however. Just whom ever put it together was one lazy bum .... could have straighten plate in lest time that shimming with shims that didn't even fit bolts and gotten it right first time.
Tomorrow, I may take the 4 new shims back and give them to the owner of the shop and tell him where they came from. Then I may show him the way correctly alligned bumper brackets look.
Wife Unit says to not fret over it, that even if perfect she figures I'ld have spent as much time going over it anyway .... maybe she's rigfht?
Oh well, I'm happy to have her looking new again. Got my new Grille Emblem installed too .... looks GOOD!
$50 deductable, I'm OK .....

reason i installed my bumper by myself on a side note washed the truck again (2nd time since paint) and there are 2 paint chips on the fresh bumper.....should i go back and argue the lack in paint prep? or just take it to the dealer and get the bumper painted? 
i thought these guys were going to do well, everything is holding up great except the front bumper chips, and i ran my nail into my hd valance the crease where it's meets the bumper and i chipped alittle paint off What the!!??

Had the rotors turned and new pads installed " centric posi-quiets". oil change and tire rotation. she is happy. Except one little thing, I believe when the rotors were turned the skinned the abs wire on the right side and now I have to replace that one "Uggg". Oh well.

My new bumper is nice, no chips at all yet, but my original was full of chips where the softer red cover above it had none.
I'm thinking of putting some clear static cling headlight armor stuff on it ..... they sell it custom cut for front ends of cars ..... gonna look after supper.

just drove mine today. got my waverunner all tucked away for winter (going back to school tomorrow)
the good stuff is so pricey though. i wanted to put some on my truck too
