There's only 4000 miles on them. Gotta keep them at least another thousand I'll probably just wait until they're worn out. I'd like to get new wheels too.

my painter wanted me to use some 3M glue releasing chemical...NOT,,,or take the heat gun to them.....NOT i could imagine, and was surprised how flimsy the tin cans were

They're sharp too. I had quite a few deep cuts in my hands from those things. Wasn't smart enough to use locking pliers until I was almost done. :o

Me 2, but i used the pliers on one side and hands on the other to keep the pull more "even"....did my front door handle, scratched it on it's side :'''/ o well touch up paint and on with our lives

Installed most of my forged bottom end today

Got my new forged crank and left side forged rods and pistons installed. Hope to have the remaining pistons and heads installed by this evening.

Thanks for the info on the pic's, better get a pro to build your motor. I write software to test computer chips during the day so I'm no expert but I'm Doing the rebuild myself. I bought a couple really good modular ford rebuild books and the the ford workshop manual VOL1/VOL2 for the 2005 F150 and off I went.

Just got a new Driver's side grab handle put on yesterday, and washed the truck today to get ready to move back down to school tomorrow. Couldn't move down in a dirty truck!
