Got my LED cubes wired up today finally. Ended up rewiring the whole setup after finding a few things out. Overall I'm happy with them, for $40 they aren't bad at all. Here are a few pics, the parking lot at work is pretty well lit but I found the darkest area I could.

Might need to some finer tuned aiming on both lights to get better coverage. I also cleaned the air filter, MAF sensor, and throttle body.

New tip

Gave it a nice cleaning/wax/wheel detail and added an exhaust tip from http://www.slponline.com/

Today I added a layer of collinite 845 on top of megs #7 and two coats of liquid glass. Started with with clay obviously.

It can look cool. I probably wouldn't do it cause I like to keep the OE type look. STX and FX2/4 trucks come like that. PTM bumper, upper bumper and grille surround with the black textured grille.

Might be too much while too. Haha

there are 11th gens with PTM grilles....

too much white perhaps....but then again the black stands out now that there's no other black left out front. were I you, I'd dip it just to try and peel it if it turned out not too look good.

just a thought. looks great as is

I know the king ranch have a PTM grille. Other than that, it's super rare. Plus, I figured I'd just turn mine into an STX look wise, and you can't get PTM grilles on those.

But you do have good ideas and I think the PTM grille looks good on yours. If mine were a darker color, I'd definitely try it!

theres a grey fx4 here with one that sure as hell looks stock...red xlt with one too, still with chrome bumpers.

just a thought. thanks btw, it's one of my favorite changes so far....but it might be time to change it up. temporarily had just a ptm surround, tried the stx look, now the 2 tone with all PTM grille (which I think looks super colon these).....I'm thinking I might black out the whole grille and surround - switch it up to the straight up base model look

Yeah, it's absolutely grown on me - at first, I was a little bummed that it wasn't bright red like my first F150, but the metallic depth of the paint is amazing - it's almost a different color every day!
