I have been daily driving mine cause I have been too cheap to buy a fuel pump for my car. Going to order it today of Rock Auto.
So the truck has been rained on and getting dirty. Drives me nuts! I got 14.3mpg on my first tank, and the last tank I was pleased to calculate 15.4mpg. Manifold leak and the shudder from the old spark plugs annoys me daily however, need to get that stuff fixed.
Took this pic recently. Posted it on the Facebook 'F15Dy Boys' page and labeled it " 'Merica ".
And some pics of my pitbull pup with the truck sort of. I miss her being a pup already , 6 months old at them moment.
Nice pup, got a pitbull pup myself. Not really a pup at 1 1/2 but I still hold her like a baby. On another note, picked up a fuel filter but didn't realize I needed the fuel disconnect till I got home. Also anyone know of a good remover for chrome? I've heard super clean works but I can't find any. Tried an oven degreaser, mean green and another solution that is labeled to take chrome off. I'm testing all these removers on a spare emblem I have so not to ruin my new one before I get a chance to use it.
Greentitan, the chrome on them is so thin I'd just sand it off, but that's just me. thelariat02 uses some kind of oven cleaner to remove the chrome from the reflector bowls in headlights in you wanna PM him about it.
Yea after getting impatient I just sanded it off. I've already primed, painted and now doing clear coat today. Looking so nice! I just hope that the clear coat is tough enough to not scratch up during reassembly or driving. I may let them cure until Wednesday before putting it back together. Write up to come soon.

Took some new pics with my buddy's new GMC last night. He had the cleanest 96 white OBS 1500 that unfortunately got totaled a few weeks ago when someone hit him. He had done a solid axle swap with 10 bolt GM axles from an '83 and it had only been done for about 5 weeks before it was destroyed. For those curious, the GMC has a 5" Superlift, 3" body, fresh 35" Mud Grapps on 16" billets. He's going to repaint the roof, bumper pad, tow mirrors, get new headlights, and maybe a few other things to get it looking fresh again.
The longhorn one is my new favorite picture. We also had an f150forum meet that was great.
I am IN LOVEEEEEE with our new pic uploading software! It was super overdue, but I love it! So much more convenient.
