Decided to do it now since I'm already on...so I traded the flares and my BFG R/T because they were wearing down fast with all highway miles and got these babies brand new...

285/70/17 Duratracs
and as a bonus there's no rubbing whatsoever, at full lock, straight on, 45°, nothing. Ride quiet and I sit higher, really gives the truck a mean look too.

Edit: KMAC it appears we posted at the same time lol

Thanks! I'll see if they tear up my paint too much, but I like the poke and flares would took them in more than I'd prefer.

Get those pics up then, man! I'm curious to see what you decided to do with them.

Changed the master cylinder yesterday, so much of an improvement now. Brake system is now completely redone minus the brake booster. Next is to look at putting on some reverse lights and some PTM emblems

Bought a Dual Liner last week and just finished installing it this morning. Everything went together fairly smooth. I'll have to update the body forum to let everyone know if I've found any issues with the new one. Next I'll be looking at an exhaust system.

Did you hook up all the vacuum lines? There's one on the back lower driver side that's a real pain to reach.

I'm so glad I didn't use the 2" blocks that came with the kit. The tires still out exactly as much as I wanted them, it's taller than I was expecting, it drives great, tracks straight, UCA angles are fine, LOVE it.

Looks great!

Not 100% sure if it is an optical illusion, or maybe something you wanted, but does it have a "West coast lean" to it?

Drove it Sunday for a bit, while in a store some ignorant jerk hit it in the front right fender with their mirror or something causing scuffing to my fender. Hoping the marks buff out. Took it to work and back yesterday also.

Thanks! It's not an illusion haha. With the tires and wheels in the bed, it was 2.5" low in the back. It's about an inch low in the back now, but looks much better. I'll do an AAL eventually, because I do like an inch of rake, but it's gonna be low when you lift the front 8" and only give the back 5".

I'll need an alignment, new longer shocks, and time to do an AAL, so it'll be a while before I get around to it. I need 4.88 gears, a new front bumper, and want retrofit headlights and tow mirrors before the AAL. All in that order haha
