Cowl looks good UkSteve! Should make an instructional how-to thread describing what you used and how you did it. Does it have a rubberized finish to it?

If i'm honest i used this Thread:
https://www.f150online.com/forums/ar...6k-waring.html

And just used Plasti-dip instead. Good clean and dry then a few layers. It does have a slightly rubberised effect i suppose but it doesnt look rubbery once painted. Does that even make sense? It looks like new though and i am very happy with the results.

I also added some of these
Cowl ends

Just to finish it off. The old ones were very badly faded. A nice effect for not a lot of money all told and that includes trans-atlantic shipping!

I noticed my hanger for the passenger side exhaust pipe had busted loose, so I welded it back into place, and will paint/clearcoat this afternoon to keep it from happening again.

Dash and electronics died on my today. Alternators bad. Funny thing is it had a new one installed at 73k miles in 2010. So this will be its 3rd.. Dropped it off for a new one. Should have it back tomorrow. Wonderful.

Hauled the 97 Ford Aspire to the scrap yard. I bought it to keep miles and salt off my truck but ended up putting more miles and getting more salt on the truck running and getting parts for the car ......then the clutch went out of it the other day. It wasn't worth putting any more money into.

Changed my plugs, those plugs in the back of the block were tough but everything went smooth, 4.6 is no problem unlike my old 5.4 3V.
