Need some help and ideas

What are some cheap and easy things I can do to my 2006 XLT 2X4 to make it more snazzy inside and out?

I have looked at a few chrome door/tailgate handle packages, and I found a few nice looking bezel/trim replacements for my gauge cluster.

Was just wondering what small things I can do that are not too costly and not to hard to do, I was looking at some new hoods, but they are too costly.

Thanks.

hmm, seat covers sound ok, but I got the 40/20/40 and a full back seat, and I don't know where to get them, Ill look around though.

Lights behind the grill? I already have the chrome insert, I plan on getting a PHP tuner, after tax time.

Thank you though for the suggestions, I will have to think about the lights, I wanted to put fog lights on it, wish I could get a set of loader lights.

Thats a no go, oven use not gonna happen, not only would I mess them up and cause a melt down, but as I still live with my parents ( sad I know ) mom is not too keen on the idea.

on the bright side, I have a truck instead of a house, I guess thats good.

Thanks for the idea though, besides the only time I use the oven/stove is to make those cheep noodles or hamburger.

Some times I make gravy, but its been a while.

What's your budget? It would be helpful to know your price point...

im not sure what your truck even looks like but the best cheap mod IMO is to black out your taillights and third brake light. i havent been brave enough to try the headlights but the taillights were easy and for the cost of a can of nite shade and 1000 grit sandpaper you got yourself a nice looking mod. it took me like 2 hours including drying to do mine and i think they look great. i recommend taping off the reverse light, not only is it practical but it looks cool IMO.

also window tint usually costs around a hundred bucks and it adds alot to the look of a truck.

or some patriot decals are like 30 bucks i think and i think you can make them pretty much anything you want. i havent done this one yet but i will soon.

anyways thats my 2 cents on cheap mods. good luck with it and lookin forward to seein what you do to it!

Well, with tax time not far away, I was banking on getting the same or close to what I got last year, that said $500 of that is going to a tuner and custom tunes.

So I was figuring that by that time I should have around say $300 ish.

Here is what my truck looks like.

Oh, its a street truck, I do not want to give up being able to go over over small things and go into the mud if I can keep from it, not that I do those things often, you just never know.

I been looking around on ebay, seems that black headlights are around $150 for a set, tail lights are right at $110.

The bugflector is gone now.
