Not sure on the size of the tires, but that is not a full throttle lift. 
It is a custom modified bullet proof lift. The tires look like 52's cause that is a 26" lift but they could be 46's, pictures are always hard to tell...
Better to ask Memo the size of the tires. Long live that IFS!!! He jumped that truck with 40's on it

they dont make 52's in that pattern those tire only come in 46-49's

Its approx 26" all suspension lift... (NO BODYLIFT)

8" custom boxed lift spindles
Fox 2.5" 12" Coilovers
Boxed Lowers
CST extended upper arms
Engine cage w/ shock hoops
Rear:
Atlas 12" leaf springs
Farmboy Custom 4" flip shackle
4" block
1" add-a-leaf (needed for the flip shackle)
Front:
