Flow Thru Console upgarde with pics

Upgraded my XLT console to a flow-thru. Overall this was a challenging project. If it was not for this site it would have been impossible. Still have a few trim pieces to add, but overall its complete. The last two posts didnt have the pics in order, sorry for the multiple threads.

Man, that's awesome dude. That's why I just bought it with the flow thru console. I don;t have the cajones to rip apart my truck like that. Congrats!

And why is called a Flo Thru? Doesn't look like anything can Flo through that console now. Your leg is going to be banging up against it...

For the uninformed... why does the whole dash need to be replaced to upgrade to the flow-through?

So that the dash meets up with the console.

Those without the flow-thru have much more space in the front. Plenty of room to stretch your legs when taking a long trip with the cruise on. With the console taking up all of the space in the middle, one has very limited space.

Just another take.

Oh wow. If you hadn't said that it I wouldn't have noticed for ages. But yeah, looking at my interior I totally see the difference in how it angles down and out. Totally obvious now actually.
