Give me a better description of what you're talking about, pics and such. I've used a 10 before, not sure.

Better off to just tape off around it and be very careful.

Yeah it's a T30, but I'm going to investigate how that emblem comes off, as well.

I did not even think to look at the spare emblem that I painted, but if I remember right it has pegs in the back but never paid attention to how it would mount

The tailgate "F-150" badge is on w/ 3M sticky, there are two alignment pins so that the highly skilled UAW member gets it on straight. Yes, that means that there are two holes in your tailgate. If you want to remove it, simply use a heat gun or your wife/girlfriend/side ho's blow dryer warm the emblem and work from one side and lift it off. Some folks use dental floss or fishing line and saw back and forth the cut through the 3M sticky. WD 40 works good for removing the left over sticky goo. Most quailty supply stores sell the 3M sticky in different sizes if you are inclined to put it back on.

Same as the "F150" one heat it up evenly and peel it off, be carful not to get thermal burns to your phalanges. You want to be able to hold your sweetheart this weekend.
