Even with a 3" body lift on a F150 there is still less frame showing than on a stock Chevy or dodge!!

Tylus just do it already

That is so true. The new style chevy's frame looks awful. I bet there is almost a foot of frame showing. I would definatley have to have some step bars on.

I noticed the bull bar right away, but you're right. Other than that, it is kinda hard to notice. Only a hardcore F-150 fan would know something was up with it.

p.s. I actually like how the steps are sitting lower. Look intentional. You didn't move them up did you?
It's the oem step with line-x on it

Thanks, maybe this summer it's going to change a little... Looking to had 6'' and 37'' to the package

so I thought I had found the solution to my problems last night. I've been wanting a wheeling truck

found this for $600. 1989 F-150 with 302/5 speed, 1993 sheetmetal. met the guy, struck a deal and was to pick it up this morning. It has a 4" crack in the frame, otherwise is cherry.

get there this morning and the truck was sold from under me for $800...now I'm pissed.

I don't know what I'm gonna do. especially as I keep seeing those badass looking trucks with a BL installed

Why not just do a BL now and when the times comes where you won't get raped for shippping throw on a suspension lift?

Have both on there so it has the look that IDNC76 has. I think the combo with the two together look sick.

Yea, that sounds like a good idea. Like IDNC76 mentioned there are plenty of BL and Suspension combos on here.. Get your BL and enjoy it until it seems short and then throw in another 6in later on!!

its true though , ppl will rag on BL's when its just the BL on the truck , but as soon as you see the 6+3 , no one even mentions how much they hate BL's.

IDNC76 I've read most of your threads about your bodylift. I can't remember if you done the install yourself, or did you have someone to do it?

There's a shop about 20miles from me that installs bodylifts. Apparently, he's never done one these trucks as he quoted me $300 to $350. Sounds like a good deal to me. I still may try to do it myself, but kinda afraid I'll screw something up.
