If you had to do it all over again..
I loved my 2004 F150, but I regretted buying it from day one. I wanted a Super Duty but settled for an F150. I still have people ask me why I ever got rid of the F150, since they like it so much more than my current truck. I just tell them that they would never understand...

Freeky I am in the same boat as you I had a Lariat F250 PSD and the truck I have now sitting side by side on the lot and I let my wife talk me into the F150 and I have regretted buying it every day since. But I am rectifying that problem as we speak and should be picking up my F350 PSD at the end of the week.
Well, I do still love my truck, but I do have three regrets. First, I if I was to keep my Triton 5.4, I'd want it in an F-250. I have lots of occasions that I wish I had a beefier truck, and with a 3:73 gear instead of my 3:55(2nd regret). I need more pulling power many times. Lastly, I wish I had gotten the PSD, but back then no one was dealing on them at all! Oh well, I'll try to remember all these things for my dream truck. Meanwhile, my truck still runs great, looks great, and I get lots of compliments on it.
Knowing EVERYTHING I know now about this truck, I would have not bought it. I had long rides to work and the seats were painfully uncomfortable for that long of a ride that many times a week. I would have at least waited until they actually came out to test drive it instead of ordering it before any were on the road or on the lots.
Some days I loved it, some days I hated it. I spent too many days at the shop. This truck was also my lesson in, "Why the heck do I need that?" Didn't need Audiophile, electronic pedal adjust... It was also too big for my wife to comfortably drive. It became a nuissance having her only be able to drive one vehicle. I will be more practical in my next purchase.
