Change anything about the truck... I love it honestly and it does everything I want it to. Mods wise I'm happy too. It pulls 4wheelers WAY better than I expected and gets better MPG than I expected. Wish it had more power like a tundra but overall I love my Ford. Next will be another F150 or maybe a F250. F150 pulls what I gotta pull, looks great, rides great, offroads great. I'm very pleased with it.

The only thing I would change is get a SCrew and all read instead of two tone. Other than i'm pretty much pleased with my truck

wish i would have waited on a DSG FX4. I looked high and low for one but ended up falling in love w/ the chrome pkg XLT I have now. I love everything except interior and chrome bumpers!

If I had to do it over I would have bought the 04 F-250 I test drove before buying the F-150.

I love my truck but I knew at the time I could defiantly use the extra capacity the 250 has. I push my truck to the limits often.

But I really do love my truck. Been looking for a used 1 ton for work so I can clean up the 150 and make it nicer and use it for just my personal truck as it was originally suppose to be.

Well I have a bronco, but I still frequent the forum, hey you have a good detail section.

I would probably get two trucks..

New King ranch 4x4 Superduty srw, with manual t-case, all the heavy duty options, and roof lights, and the 6.4. I wouldn't want to go any bigger than 35s. Probably do all your typical mods, except black it out since it would be a KR.

and..

and a Crew Cab 95-97 4x4 F-350 srw with the 7.3 Powerstroke, Zf5 manual and leveled out with 35s and some classic looking wheels. Maybe convert it to run on biodiesel. It would have to be a pretty darn clean truck too. Swap out the front ball joint d60 for a kingpin d60, just for bragging rights.

Maybe just a different color. I would have waited for a shadow gray truck. The only reason is a different color interior. Tan gets too dirty too fast with kids. I might have also waited until I returned from the sand box. I would have paid considerably less.

I would have bought the Superduty I was there to buy in the first place. Same mods, bigger truck. I miss my diesels...even with $5 a gallon fuel

ive got a scab and i would really like 4 real doors but also would like a reg cab so i guess the scab meets me in the middle but i would still do a flareside obviously with the 5.4 still and possibly get the lariet or fx2 instead of the xlt but the xlt was cheaper and honestly th eonly thing they have that i dont is the console shifter (for now) i swapped in leather...

as for mods id go lower and with 24's

I love my truck but I would have waited another year as truck prices crashed and bought a 250 or 350 so it would pull my boat better. The hills going to our summer house kill vehicles on a daily basis.

Starting speed at bottom of hill. 120km/hr

Finishing speed at top of hill 30km/hr

If I ( well for one had the money ) could change it, I would have a 2006 - 2008 4wd model, either FX4, or Lariat, in dark toredado red or black, Roush Off-Road cat-back, and do all of the future modifications I want to do to my '04 XLT.

would have waited for the 08 Superduty and went with the Kelderman or Rize. Not even that expensive of a truck right now. Or I would have gotten the Maserati I was looking at which was not too much more than my truck. On this truck, I wish I could have done the Rize 12".
