people are such internet tough guys now that over mediocre crap like this your calling the guy a liar, fraud, a$$hole, west coast terrorist, etc. when he did refund your money after all. haha, kid you need a life. maybe something did come up, maybe he had an emergency, or maybe he really just sold it out from underneath you for a better price. i've had a $20k CAR sold out from under me after i had been talking to the seller in person for over two months, i was pissed, had a couple beers, and found another car. you lost a $125 subwoofer. life is too short and there is too much **** going on to get this worked up about crap like this. you probably hate me right now but down the road youll realize theres some truth in that. anyways i am glad you got your money back

and to jrb03, i would gladly buy something from you if you have something i want. what i wont do is spend the next couple weeks pulling my hair out and crying and whining and plotting how to get back at you if you said "hey man, those parts i sold you, something came up and i cant get them to you, but heres your money back, sorry"

thats really all i have to say on the this topic now that it has been resolved and youve gotten your money back. like i said before i would retract all my statements if he did in fact rip you off, but he didnt. you didnt get your parts, but you got your money back. occasionally thats how doing business on the internet works

Yes, I agree, crap happens when you buy stuff on the internet. We've all been through it. Theres nothing wrong with the OP coming on here and "venting" his frustrations, isnt that what this community is for? I hardly believe he was pulling his hair out over this.


The point here is the seller was dishonest, and something needs to be done about it, at least for a future buyer beware. He told the OP he couldnt ship for two weeks, then continued to list and ship items, thats the entire problem right there. That needs to be reported. When you put an auction up on ebay you need to follow through with the sale or stay off ebay. Turds like this guy are what give ebay a bad image.

 

Hey Tally Hoe Hoe, the POS just gave me a parting shot. He told me that he just sold the sub to a friend of a friend. Maybe he should of put a reserve on it and not tie me up for a month, because he is a Liar and a Fraud, (like you). I can see this POS not having any friends. Next time you come on here ranting, do us a favor, go some place else.

 

You could have just as easily been worng. Don't fault Tally for trying to balance out the equation. He was wrong this time and yes the seller, if he did do that, is wrong for what he did, and in the end, and ***. Chalk it up to eperience and go on.
