Let's see your dual battery set-up!
So I've been kicking around the idea of running a dual battery isolator. This will allow me to run my accessories off of the 2nd battery without draining the first, always leaving me enough juice to start the truck. Yet, while started, the alternator will charge the 2nd battery. The only problem I am having is where to put the 2nd battery. I know that styxnpix has 2 optima's under the hood but i'm not sure how, there is very little room under there. So who else has more than 1 battery, and where did you put it?
I'm working this issue as well. Wrangler NW makes a dual battery kit but at their price I want a pair of optimas to come with them. Here's a link:

Also their tray mounts on the drivers side right where most of us have Cold Air Intakes.
Painless wiring also make a kit but it don't come with a tray.

Summit I think sells it the cheapest at $189 : http://store.summitracing.com/partde...part=prf-40103 Also there it looks like you'll still need the battery wires.
I wish Styx would post some pics of his tray. I'm thinking of getting some angle iron making some triangle cuts and bending it into a rectangle for a tray. Then bolting that to the factory battery tray locations. Then just running them in parallel like Styx did. I've done this before on other cars and it works just fine.
Other option would to get a heavy battery tray and mount that somewhere on the frame rails if it's to tight for comfort under the hood.
