Congrats. I just finished the Santa Clause routine of waiting for the kids to sleep before setting up all the gifts under/around the tree.

I have sub 3yr old daughter and a 4 month old son.

Give your folks a hand prepping for the guests and a hand cleaning up. They will appreciate it.

My wife and I did not exchange gifts this year. If we dont have it, its probably out of the budget or just impractical. Last year was fun. We surprised each other. I thought I was getting what you did, but instead she gave me a really sweet DVR.

Merry Christmas.

Yeah you are probably right, lol. And I made sure I helped with everything. This year it was just my family and my moms parents. So there wasnt anything real big.

I am an installer at a Circuit City and I know we are going to be swamped tomorrow. I have to get the at 5 a.m. And it is first come first serve. It will probably just be a bunch of deck installs and satellite radios. Along with a few sub setups and speaker setups. Your install shouldn't take more than an hour and a half. Well at my store anyways, I dont know what kind of jokers yall have up there

Well they are great guys, but they didnt know how to remove the rear part of the seat to install the amp behind it. I had to show them this forum. Now my front driver speaker is messed up. But they are way better than best buy. They honor there work so they said they will make sure everything is all right. What time would you recommend getting at circuit city for installs? They told us that they start sign ins at 9:00.

How loud is that going to be? I thought a 500w amp would be too weak for 2 subs in a huge supercrew. However, I am not well rounded on audio systems.

theyre jl's man. It will be more of a clean sound than a hard thumping system. 500 is plenty for that pair.
As far as getting there. I personally have to be there at 6 in the morning. I think we will start installing around 7 or 8. The earlier you get there the better its first come first serve.

just install it yourself. its easier then you think, you'll learn a lot, feel a lot better about yourself, AND save a handful of cash...

This amp is a very amazing amp, lol. I can push way more than 500. But that is plenty. I want clarity, not bleeding ears. And my dad asked what I wanted and I sent him an email, lol. He then went to custom sounds in austin texas and purchased everything. I cant wait till tomorrow

Well about an hour left at circuit city until finished. There wont be room for a dust bunny after shoving 2 amps wires and everything behind my rear seat, lol.
