how come they/we don't?

 

I've had several compliments about my truck being too clean to be a truck, but just a couple on my "2" appearance mods.

 

Mine is nearly stock and I still get a few compliments.

 

If I don't get a half dozen a day I must of not left the house. Heck just sitting in my drive way people slow down and wave or stop for a chat.

 

You guys get'em everyday? I get them once in a blue moon. I got several out at Pismo but they just wanted in my pants, I let one in

 

I get them every day, had it almost a year now and it still makes my day to hear that someone likes my truck as much as I do. I've even had people give me their cards and tell me to call them before I trade it in for an F-350 so they can make me an offer

 

Usually about once a month someone will actually say that my truck looks nice, but almost everytime that I take it out (since I usually only drive it once a week at most) I see people looking and checking it out.

There were 2 times this year that I got alot of compliments on the truck, 10+ in one day, both just happen to be at weddings. The one that got the most was at a friends wedding where I parked right outside the main enterance. I had atleast 20 people ask me what I had done, wheels, tires, lift, ect. And these were Chevy and Dodge guys asking.

It really helps when most of the Fords that you see in this area are either farmers, contractors, or cattle haulers.

he was reffering to an older thread about that guy who got the finger, how he was told he drives an old mans truck

not nearly as much as in my mustang but yeah i get compliments all the time

my favorite instance was this girl riding in a denali told me i had a nice truck, so i hung up the phone with my gf, then she gave me her number, i called of coarse and we talked a bit then got off the phone and at the next red light she got into my truck hahahaha.......fun times

 

Im with josiah, I hardly ever get compliments. Im hoping to change that with a few larger mods!

 

I thought it was a joke from this post when his co-workers and a few girls said he had an old man truck due to his tool box.

 

Yeah....even though its pretty much stock. I think its mostly the driver though (no dudes)

Hi guys, coming from a womens point of view, Compliments....Hell Yeah!!!
Its the LOOKS that get me..........when I drive his truck its to damn funny when a guy is checking out the truck, then looks up and sees a chick (me) driving its like they are Shocked!!! Ive got thumbs up to a big grin to a blank stare....LOL I love driving it. When we pull our camper and its like all heads are turning to check us out, we just look at each other and laugh, its a great feeling, I have to admit. If only the knew how much $$ was coming through...LOL
