Compliments

I just want to ask a question: Do you guys and girls get a lot of compliments on your trucks outside of F150 Online? My truck is nowhere near as nice as some of you guy's are and I still get compliments all the time from different folks around here and so does my wife when she drives it. I met my wife for lunch today and she told me that some young guy stopped her and told her that her truck was beautiful but he expected some young guy or girl to get out of it instead of her. Shh! She's over 50! But still gorgeous!

Yep, all the time. They usually include some comment about how clean and shiney it is and when they ask the year, they can't believe it's almost 3 years old. Then they make a comment about how clean it is compared to that Stealth character's truck.

My Tundra and Chevy friends give me a hard time for driving a Ford.

I just smile at them and let them ramble on.

This guy remarked that my truck looked like something that came out of a camel's butt earlier today.

But your truck looks nice.

Ya I get the "damn... new truck?" all the time. Well, when its all cleaned up of course. When I tell em its an 04 they are usually pretty damn surprised. out on the trails, or just playin around people are generally surprised to see such a nice looking truck take such a beating and just keep on ticking. Then of course I catch a bunch of crap because i tow up my Sami with the F150... everyone else is towing up their rigs with 250's or other 3/4 ton (and up) trucks... All in good fun.

I get compliments on my truck on a nearly daily basis. It's nowhere near where I want it, but it sure does get attention!
