Belltech makes one.

Belltech’s new application specific “Spring Distance lift spacers” are manufactured by a specialized injection process. Belltech offers an exclusive spacer system engineered with spring contours to dissipate the spring load evenly over the whole spacer surface. All spacers are designed to lift your Ford Truck by 1”. This could be used to lift your factory ride height as well to adjust an existing lowering. The ease of installation makes this a great 1” lifting solution!

it also compresses your springs and changes the way the front end will ride. avoid those style of leveling kits. the ones that sit ontop of the coil-over are safer/easier to install and work much better. they leave you with the OEM ride quality.

doesn't Autosprings make one?

Ah, OEM quality? Did you look at his truck in his signature? Nothing OEM about it and I doubt that a 1" spacer is going to impact that truck and the ride any more than it's already impacted.

No but back when I was thinking about doing the same thing as you I contacted autospring. They told me just to go bid on a 2" on ebay and when I paid for it put it the comments that I wanted the 1.5"

They don't sell them on ebay but they have them in stock for the same price.
