Replacing dome and map lights

Ok I can not for the life of me figure out how to remove the dome light and map light covers to replace the bulbs. Any help?

The whole assymbly pops off the roof of the truck. If you have the over head rail system, remove any bins that you have up there and then grab the front section and pull down HARD and it will pop down. It just snaps back up into place too.

how to take the cover off. I dont want to break it and it doesnt seem to just come off.

For the front map lights pull hard down and slighty towards the windsheild, don't worry it won't break just make sure when it does release you don't keep pulling, which would rip the wires from the headliner.

For the dome light just pull down, again use some force.
