Why the hell cant Ford make them like this and then there would be no issues of broken plugs.

not to take sides....but i think when people pull their plugs at 15k miles or 28k miles and make the claim that they dont break....that is not the same at the 100k mile interval that ford claims that the plugs should be changed...and like freakyfx4 is saying not alot of trucks have hit the 100k mile mark, but in a few years when alot will be hitting it...then the true plug breakage will show up

The deposits that cause the plugs to snag will be there or not be there at any mileage. It all depends on gas type used and driving style. If you use a cheapo brand gas you will have more buildup on the plug compared to using Shell 93 octane. My plugs looked brand new upon removal.

If you're smart enough you can prevent this problem.

Noway! But our trucks started out as twins, even came from the same dealer. They are dressed a bit differently now, though.

Good man.

Do you have an external mic? That horrific 'creeaaaakkkk'ing sound is something everyone needs to hear.

But, hopefully, without a "*snap* Awww, chit #@&!!*** " accompaniment.
