Can someone clarify for me which wire color is for HIGH and which wire color is for LOW beams? Obviously, I know that the third wire is the ground...

Can't help with the wire color but, if you have a test light turn on the high beams and touch each wire. The high beam won't have power when the low beams are on.

 

That's the easiest and quickest way to do it.

But in any case, dark blue/white is low beams, black is ground, and light green/black is high beams.

I've given in... I bought a bi-HID conversion kit. The plug that is in the kit doesn't match the stock plug on the truck (why would it? I just ordered a H13 kit )...

I'm going to softwire it tomorrow, I guess. I'm a tad hacked with this ebay seller but, that's life I guess. For $100'ish, you kind of get what you give, I suppose. Oh well...

Maybe, just maybe, this will all work out.
