Plastic bed rails...
No matter what I put on mine they just look like crap. 303 doesn't even help much anymore. Maybe for a few days but...
Has any tired to paint them with the black plastic paint in a rattle can? What about black shoe polish? I know some people that have used shoe polish on older muscle car interior with great results. Nothing but a dye.
I could always buy new ones, but just to do it over again...:o

Well i would say the spray can would work. Before i got my truck i had a jeep. And before we sold it we re-painted the black plastic fender flares because they were faded a bit and they looked awesome when we were done. I'm sure it would work just the same on the bed caps? Maybe not?
Just got some of this stuff:

Works quite well, used on my bed rail and the fender flares.
Edit: It is a dye, so no washing off.

I'm looking for a fix not just a band-aid.
I may try to paint them and if it looks like crap I'll just go get some new ones. Never know to you try. Just tried of that milky white look.

try some Penetrol. you can get it at HD or Lowes. it is designed to bring faded paint and other surfaces back to life. i used it on my Jeep's faded fender flares and it brought them back to stock. the stuff works great and lasts about 6 months.
