Put down the fork!

theres a million factors but routine maintenance and tire pressure come to mind if nothing else has changed

the fork isnt the prob. maybe the beer can but not the fork.

but temp has been very consistent, tire pres. checked its the same. driving habits same, idle time about same, but i have only been checking it on the interstate, and its the same trip i always take. mods, nothign different. not to mention, i changed the fuel filter about two weeks ago and it stayed the same, but this weekend it dropped fast.

should i change filter again? i am also going to clean MAF, and change plugs.

Could have got a tank of bad gas. Give it 2 more fillups before you mess with the fuel filter to flush all that old gas out

Maybe you filled up with some chitty gas...I would try changing the fuel filter, what filter did you put on?

My experience the last 2 tanks was similar. I wondered if it was weather and ethanol. Maybe some extra idling.

Yes there is. The first filter I bought was an AutoZone, no brand. When I got home and looked at it, I refused to put it on my truck. I went to O'Reilly's and got a Motorcraft. I am sure there are some other good brands, but I just get the MC now.

i'll try changing it again. do you think changing the plugs and cleaning the MAF will help?

also if i change the plugs, 1: should i continue to use motorcraft, if not recommendations. 2: should i also change the COP's as well?

And I'd say plugs are overdue ....

Parking brake /brakes, dragging?

In other words - routine maintenance lol!
