Volant Intake, Restrictive?

from what i under stand its the main intake tube that doesn't flow enough...
I have the Volant intake with the RAM Air kit and knock on wood I havn't had a CEL in the year and a half I've had it. I don't know about differences with other CAI, but anything is better than stock. I also have the Edge and do keep track of the Air Intake Temp and it usually hangs around the outside temperature unless i'm idleing for a while.
You can really here the volant suck in air when its first installed compared to stock, but its hard to tell if it caps out beyond 4K RPM.
just my .02$

Either that, or the dyno needs to be calibrated

I'd give the CAI 3 rwhp at best and the tuner a possible 10 rwhp for a total of 13 rwhp gain from those two add ons.

Barry Bonds also claims his Career HR Record is "legitimate."
PS: I'm just messing with you but I'd love to see a dyno sheet as that's pretty damn impressive.
Check this out... i was able to stumble across a brand new S&b intake, these are my finding on S&B v. Volant... The S&B's tube is so much bigger here are some pics...
