twin 57mm throttle body adapter 90% finished

there is three angles of the finished product. i roughed it and painted it to match my car.

all that is left is the IAC, a bracket for the throttle cable, and a few ports for vacuum.

dyno in the next month.

the before dyno is the one posted in my sig. this dyno will only have the intake changed. i will also mod a stocker with inlet porting only and dyno that. that will give numbers for the average guy who wants a little more power without extensive work.

That will be great and I look forward to seeing the results.

your butterflys appear cable operated, I thought they were electronic in the new 5.4. Did you get rid of the electronic flybywire?

yes, but it can be done with drive by wire simply with a 05+ mustang gt TB.

the throttle response is simply amazing. no claims here, but it runs like i always hoped it would. it revvs so quick i really can't goose it wide open and stay off of the rev limiter. look at todays finished pics.
i have a road beside my house that's a little over a quater mile, i ran up to 110 in that stretch. it's hard to quantify it. dyno soon of course.

i guarantee it has enough power to feel. the motor is breathing fully now. i will say your trucks have a better inlet than the one i took off. so the improvement may not be as much for a truck. it has to be better with a lrger opening into the manifold.

i am going to madison KY to pick up another N/A manifold. i am going to do a stage less than what i did here to it. just open the inlet even larger. i am going to epoxy and cut it to 90mm. add some plenum volume. or something. i am really not sure exactly how i am going to mod it. lets see what the dyno says before i touch it. if i get 325 - 335 rwtq then the argument of losing torque is not valid. i expect 288+ rwhp. i don't have long tube headers.

ok i finally went to the track with exactly the same setup as this spring with the twin 57 on it. conditions were pretty much identical. 72 degrees RH 68%.

03/30/2007: 60'-2.1028 330'-5.9690 594'-8.56 1/8th-9.1520 @ 77.29mph

10/30/2007: 60'-2.1030 330'-5.8930 594'-8.44 1/8th-9.0109 @ 79.09mph

i have to lift for the 2-3 shift to avoid the limiter so the mph is off. with a program fix i expect 2 mph more
