Painted mirrors and handles this weekend
Got tired of the faded plasctic on my mirrors. I took them off and disassembled them. Sanded them smooth, primed with Duplicolor Filler Primer, wet sanded with 600 Grit then painted and clear coated with Duplicolor paints. Very happy with the results, looks much better. Repainted the door handles since I wasn't happy with my last attempt. Painted the cowl as well about a month ago. I think all together it was about $25 in materials and a little bit of work. Also re-painted the center dash and doors with Metalllic paint. Hated the woodgrain and got tired of the carbon fiber tape. We'll see how it all looks in a year!

Didn't take too long. I removed them, sanded and primed in about 5 hours. Took about 10-12 hours total from removal to replacement.
