I bought a Ford factory bed extender off ebay. It said it would fit a 04-07 styleside f150. I have an '07 5.5ft bed styleside screw.

I assembled the thing but it seems like there is about a 1" gap on each side. Also, there is obviously some hardware that attaches to the truck or something that I'm missing I guess.

Can anyone enlighten me real quick?

Also, don't you think this should have been included with the purchase?

This thread should answer most of your questions and give you all the part numbers you need for the mounting hardware. You'll basically need the pivot bolts, and 4 grommets.

The 1" gap is normal since the pivot bolts stick out a decent amount.

FWIW, I've never seen an eBay seller include the mounting hardware with a sale.
