. . for water to blow up the motor when it's off, means you'd have to be pretty damn deep in the water. .

I believe if you have a whole lot of water in your tailpipe when you start your engine the combustion will cause some of that water to be sucked back into the engine

traction control and the eaton g80 locker are different things, and the electronic locker isn't really new for gm, they've offered it for a while...it's not necessarily a much better system either, although advertising would have you believe as much

This is part of the reason I traded my 04 in for my 06. The 04 didn't have the limited slip and after spinning way too many times in the snow pulling a snowmobile trailer, I decided I was going to upgrade to the Screw and make sure I got the limited slip again. I'll never over-look whether it has LS or not again. (all of my pre-04 F150s has LS)
