Just got back from the dealership...
I just got back from the dealership and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. I stopped in on Thursday and asked the fellas up there if they could take a quick look at my A/c because it was inconsistent in cooling. They took a quick look at it and withoutbreaking anything down the tech said that he was 95% sure it was the front seal on the compressor, which is about a 4 hour job. So i scheduled an appointment for this morning and I dropped her off at 8 am sharp. Mine was the first truck in the shop this morning. The service writer called me every 2 hours to update me. The last time he called he said that it was blowing 40 degrees cold compared to 51 when i brought it in. While on the phone he also asked if there was anything else he could do for me and I asked them to take a look at my back rear supercab door because it rattles. 5 minutes later he calles me back and wants me to talk to the tech guy so I do an explain to him what it sounds like. I get dropped off at the dealership and I see 3 techs riding the lot in my truck: 1 driving and two listening. Some hook or bolt was broken which made the rattling noise.
Today's service was very impressive to me...I just had to share with everyone!

Good to hear that. My dealership is great also. I have small problems with the Xcal, exhaust, lift, intake, etc. always get " Got ya all fixed up sir, anything else we can do for you"
Props to good customer service.

FoMoCoFan, are you saying your dealer doesn't give ya any grief as far as your warranty over having a Xcal and intake on your truck?.. I've got an AF1 intake, looking to get an Xcal2 sometime soon and I've been wondering about the need to put the stock intake back on and return to stock tune any time I need to go in for service.. BTW, I'm very happy with the service I get from my dealer too, never had a problem with 'em.. Thanks for any info!
