motorcraft/motorcraft. I let the ford dealer do it. Last time they caught a leaking CV boot and fixed it under warranty of course. That sold me and also the 18 bucks they charge with a tire rotation.

Amsoil series 3000 with oil change every 45k and a filter at ever 25k. Oil looks as good as new.....Amsoil is the best...

Castrol Syntech/Motocraft filter. Each and every 3,000 miles. Although I've only had one 3,000 mile change.......

oil change every 45 thousand miles? Did I read that right?

Castrol Syntec / Motocraft every 5K miles or less. I drive in what could be considered extreme duty. Grinding stop & Go traffic during the work week, heavy loads and off road abuse on the weekends. If I were doing easy highway miles I would not feel bad about 7500mile intervals.
