I had 33's on mine with very slight rubbing and no spacer. As for 35's I dont think so without a lift.

On my '04 FX4, I have the AS 2" leveling kit with the 33" BFG's (285-65/18 I think was the size). I have no rubbing at all, and nothing needed to be trimmed. Plus nothing is at adverse angles (Ball joints, etc), and it looks go to boot! Pics in gallery!

A 2.5" AS kit on a 4x4 using stock rims you shouldn't have rubbing with 33's and maybe only minor at full lock using 35's, depending on how wide of a tire you go with. I've got 285 wide (11.5") by 34.6" tall tires on mine with aftermarket rims and I have no rubbing at all just using the AS 2.5" kit.

I had slight rubbing at full crank going in reverse with my 2.5" spacer and 295/75/17 Nittos. I do however have afetrmarket wheels. I just used a razorknife and cut about 1.5" of the plastic wheel well. I only took a minute and you cant tell anythig was trimmed..

I believe a 325/60-18 (33x13.00) is as large as you can go.

sweet it will clear..so 325/60/18 is the same as 33x13.00. learn something new everyday and they will only clear the 2.5" not the 2" correct

I am running 325/60/18 on 18X9's (with 5.5" of backspacing) and I have the 2.5" AS kit. The only "rub" that I have ever had, is when I am backing out of my driveway and turn to the left and even then it doesn't happen all the time. Just if I hit one little dip in the road, and the rub is from the driveside front tire hitting the plastic on the bottom of the bumper.

I have more pics in my gallery.

I'm running the 2.0 kit, and have not had to trim anything. Although it is very close to rubbing on the front corner of the valence.

No big deal though, if it ever does rub some slight trimming will take care of it. Very common with lifted trucks and most people will never notice.

Before I added my 6" lift I had a 2.5" spacer running 33x13.50x18. I only had to trim about 2" off the inner fender flare. I added a screw at the cut line and no more running. Pics are in my gallery if you want to look.

Heres your answer, Helo Maxx 6 18x9 w/ a AS 2'' level kit. Zero rubbing lock to lock. TG tires 325-60-18 on my XLT 4x4. 4x4 Stickers removed.

djh - don't those moto metals you are running have a +30mm offset? I didn't think they would stick out that far.
