Day 3

Ok, today I did not get done as much as I wanted becasue I spent half the day chasing down parts I needed from Roush and ordered GMS coils from TP. So today I basically got done with the wiring modifications and fan shroud cutting(a lot harder than it looks).

removal of stock plastic standoff and wired directly to alternator

fan shroud after cutting

wiring harness extensions and modifications for ACT relocation and bypass valve solinoid.

relay mounting location for intercooler pump

my crush limiters for the intalke should be here tomorrow so I can get the intake installed, and I will have the inter cooler radiator installed tomorrow. Roush should have my PCM delivered tomorrow and then my GMS coils should be in wed morning. will post more pics as I get them. Thanks for all the response's and I will keep yall posted.

Day 4

well I am a bit bummed today, was waiting on my crush limiters from Roush and they didnt get them in time to fedex so they will be here tomorrow and my PCM did not ship today either. argh! Any way I continued as far as I can with out the crush limiters. I installed the inter cooler radiator between the radiator and condensor(pics didnt turn out to dark), installed the inter cooler pump, installed the water crossover bridge, modified the power steering reservoir and mounted it, installed the throttle body onto the supercharger, ionstalled the degas bottle on the fan shroud, installed the plugs and installed the lower caged pully. I will be waiting for fedex tomorrow morning to finish up the install and hopefully by tomorrow night I should be able to fire her up.

reservoir relocation

new 39lbs injectors on left stockers on right

throttle body installed on supercharger head

I have one quick question. How do you know how to do all this stuff? Was there any install manual provided? What HP and TRQ gains are you expecting to see? Looks great by the way!

Thanks,

Duke
