Do you have the OEM Sirius or an aftermarket Sirius?
I have the stock OEM Sirius. Do I need the antenna and the adaptor? I think I've read so much on these board, I've confused myself!!

Your knowledge and others for this thread has been well appreciated. I just bought this:

How will I know if it will work properly in my 2007 F150 or if it needs to be programmed? Should I just install it and see if all my functions work?

Also, I have Sirius already on my factory HU, do I just leave that antenna plugged the same and plug the Nav antenna into the red antenna jack?

Thanks for any help.
I would plug it in and see if it works, the sat tuner will autoload onto the nav unit even if it wasn't originally programmed for it. I stock the gps antennas and can reprogram the unit if neccesary. Give me a call on my cell @978-815-5111.

Nuthinbutaford can you also add me to the list of buyers?

I'm very interested in getting this radio. I have the audiophile radio currently.

Is there a different nav-radio for the audiophile or is it the same head unit

and just the subwoofer that makes the difference? Got some cash burning a

hole in my pocket.

My email is wec1969@yahoo.com thanks in advance

Thanks, but I got it going. I really like this radio. Tons of features, keeping the nice clean factory look. Anyone thinking of getting one here's what I learned. You don't need the adaptor for your FM antenna if you have an '07. It will drive the Audiophile sub, & it has to be programmed to your vehicle.

And if you're looking for that hidden harness in the back for your Audiophile sub, don't spend all day pulling your back seat out. You may have the end in your dash, but trace it to the left-hand kick panel. Mine stopped there. So I had to order the plug for the sub end and have it wired from the junction box at the kick panel.

nothinbutaford,

I have a 2006 Explorer Eddie Bauer (I know it's not an F150, but the wife won out over the truck) with the factory navigation system. You seem to be about the most knowledgeable person on the navigation systems so I'm hoping you can help me out on this. I have tried everything and looked everywhere for a way to add an auxiliary input to mine like the 07+ have but with no luck. Apparently none of the interfaces work with the navigation system so my only hope is to adopt the same technology as the newer ones. Is there anyway you can re-program mine to allow this? And if so can you explain to me how to wire the auxiliary input in? From my understanding the RSE harness has what would be the correct wires in it so would I be able to splice into it and the head unit recognize it? Please email me when you have a chance and let me know. Thank you in advance for your help.
