Who has installed the remote start from Travis?

I want to get the prewired unit from Travis at KC Autosound but wonder how hard it is to do for a normal joe. That's me...I've done some wiring before and know how to solder, but I don't want to get in over my head on this. Is it pretty easy to find the wires I need to find under the dash? How long will it take to wire up?

Thanks for your insight.

I have installed 4 units from him. (1) CA530, (3) CA670 and I should be recieving another CA530 monday or tuesday for another friend. I would have never guessed that I could install a alarm or starter the first time I did it. Now I install them for my buddies. His instructions are step-by-step and pretty much guide you through the installation. If you get in a jam just call him. If he can't get to the phone he is right back at ya shortly. I have purchased a couple navigation units, amplifiers, speakers from him. His new F150 install sheets even have pictures to help ya.

Big Thumbs Up from me!

I installed a CA680 w/ car link. It was a breeze. If he has added pics to his instructions...then it should even be easier.

I got my CA530 from him today. Instructions are awesome. I got one for my neighbors F250 but the instructions have photos as well. This install I have to put door lock actuators in but the CA530 will run them without adding relays.

His site is going through some changes. I seen that he added some cool features like a testimonials to the store front and also redesigned the product display. Pretty slick.

Care to elaborate on your issues? I am calling him back this morning and it would be good to know this.
