When I got mine it was $228, they are $238 now, but free shipping and no tax. Very nice cover, powder-coated, has a built in seal, and some other nice features.

It allows 1-2 xtra quarts of oil, which keeps it cooler. Also, the material dissipates heat easier. And there is a visual glass oil level marlk you can just check it by looking.
