If everyone would post there change interval that will give me an idea of when to change mine. This is an '06 5.4L.

Thanks guys.
I change mine every 3,000 miles or 3 months.

Every 5,000 miles. Motorcraft 5W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil and a Motorcraft FL820S filter. I plan on installing a Fumoto Drain Valve at the next oil change.

Yeah, he was.

He actually rotates his oil every 1000 miles and changes his tires every 500 miles.

Anyone who has a couch that smells as bad as his does, deserves a break now and then .

Cheers
Bubba

If you have to ask, you haven't seen enough of Raoul's posts. They're always good for a much needed laugh!

I'm guessing he got the class-clown award in goat-herding school!

I never change my oil. The dealer does. He does it once every 3,000 miles regardless of time frame. I just had the oil changed in my F-150 at 3000 miles, approximately 4 months after I bought it.

Oil @ 7,000 miles with full synthetic and tires @ 3,000 miles.

PS: BMW says oil @ 10,000 miles with a full synthetic.

Exactly and you see plenty of new and old BMWs on the road.

Using full synthetic and changing at 3,000 is just plain stupid and a waste of money.
