Silverstar Update
I called Autozone once I read here that the H13ST's were out. I had to go to LaCrosse to get my new cell phone and of course the Autozone there was out. So I call the one in Winona, 30 miles in the opposite direction and they had 2, so I just got back from getting them and then driving 60 miles back to the cell store. They are installed and I am going to go for a drive tonight to see what they are like. The H13ST's along with the 9005ST's in my fog lights should really brighten things up
Also I can't get the rebate page to come up, anyone else with this problem?

Is there a difference between the 9145 and the 9005??? I know on the '05s, it calls for the 9145 for the fogs...which I got and just replaced (one side for an A & B comparison tonight) w/ no problems.

I bought the 9005's since I live in rural Wisconsin and there are all kinds of animals running around that I want to see before I hit them, so a little more light is a good thing. But if I lived in a town or city I would just run the 9145's since you would have oncoming traffic alot more and you don't want to blind them.

I've honestly never even driven my F-150 at night, but I may have to breakdown and nab some Silverstars for ol' Blue!
I haven't bought anything for the truck in a long time -- all my extra money is being squirreled away in my Mustang Fund. Ol' Blue is starting to feel left out!

I just took a test drive with the new headlights and running lights and they are great! I also did the conversion today where I can run the running lights with the high beams (what a difference!).

The sliverstars are great!! Some of the best money that I have spent on the truck. I highly recommend getting them!
