bumper swap

so I am in the middle of a bumper swap. I've already got the front chrome bumper on and shipped my old one to huitt24. now I am waiting bumperless in the back for the rear chrome bumper to get in. so far, so good. it was a pain in the *** putting the front bumper back on, took like 4 people. I like the new look though. here's a couple pictures.

Yeah, the front bumpers were a PITA the first time I did it. (I did the same swap you did) It took two of us a couple of tries to get it aligned just right and then get the bolts going one-handed.

My friend was much better at the one handed than I was - he must get more practice!

I would not mind doing a bumper swap for the front with another FX4 person with the DSG lower. I have the square fogs(w/Roush lower insert) and would like to swap for the 06 rounds rather then buying a whole new conversion but the chances of someone wanting to probably is slim though

Any good leads on chrome rear bumpers? I need one in perfect shape. Mine got tweaked by some dummy, and I didn't see the damage at first.

looks good! I am waiting for my Roush lower chin spoiler so that I can send all three pieces to the body shop to get paint matched.

Well I have had a little practice on swapping out the front bumpers on these trucks and I can do it by myself now just takes a little patience.
