The One Thing I Hate About My Truck (minor)
It is a minor thing, but the push-on-pull-off high beam switch sucks.
My 2006 F150 XLT is that way.
My wife has a 2004 Mazda 6 Sportwagon its the same way.
My first vehicle, a truck, was a 1989 Mazda B2200, it was the same way.
My second vehicle was an 1988 Ford Tempo (POS from the pits of HELL) it was the same way.
The car I traded in on this truck was a 1995 Saab 900 SE V6, the high beam switch...pull-on-pull-off...very easy, very comfortable.
I guess what I'm trying to say it why does Ford insist on doing it this way?
Probably a stupid question, but is there anyway to change this?

Yep, and I prefer them over any kind of stalk switch. It's cheaper to build it into the stalk, and cheaper to install on a car that may be sold right or left hand drive, thus it took over the market. But the good old floor button was better for me and most drivers.
