Hope that helps

Can do the same with the headphone jack on your computer and plug into the back of your home stereo and play MP3's right from your hard drive

For those of you who have had issues with sound as a result of a bad P.I.E., did you return them directly to P.I.E. for an exchange or did you return them to the on-line store in which you bought them?

The PIE looks like just what I need. The only thing I wonder about is getting power to the unit. Can any of you suggest the easiest way to do this? Please keep in mind that I have never made any changes to a vehicle electrically more difficult than changing bulbs and fuses.

Also, if any of you fellow Canadians have purchased these, where did you get them?

Thanks

P.I.E. is a pretty straight forward install. I used hot lead to my power supply port on the dash as a power source. I can help you with wiring diagrams if you need.

I would also like to know about the power to the unit. Could some of you post any more information about this topic? Also does the pie unit charge the ipod?
