I can help you get it apart as long as you don't want to put it back together.

I am very good at that.

I want to make a mold of the box and I need to get it apart to do so. Once my project is complete I'll post pictures.

However I am stuck if I cant get this apart without breaking it.

You just want to take the flap off that opens and shuts??

If so, cut it off. Take a grinder and go crazy.

I haven't taken mine apart, but it's plastic - you should be able just to carefully pry back at the corners where the hinged portion is and pop the flip down part out.

Pull all the Trox screws out of the back of it.

This will allow the black interior section to be slightly pushed away from the interior color section.

With the black area pushed away, you can get it to flex enough to the side, to pull the pins that the door hinges and the pin stop to drop out of the black piece.

Once you have this, just wiggle it around on a angle to get the door out of the face plate.

If you get going on it, and don't get a warm and fuzzy, drop me an email, the extra one I have is apart still.

I want the bin itself taken apart not just the bin pulled from the box part that connects to the rail. I will try and make a picture that shows what I mean.

So you "don't" want to take off the flap that opens and shuts right? You want to take off JUST the inner shell of the door, right?
