The process that I followed after taking the door out of the overhead rail mount :

1. Remove the black liner. It is not glued doen, it is just under the lip of the cover. it is going to be apart completly, so it would go back in, prior to snapping the bin back together.

2. Using 2 screw drivers ( color noted in the picture ) shove the black one under the female side of the cip, and turn the screw driver ( I did anti-clockwise liek loosening a screw ) , while the white one is one the edge, getting ready to turn, once the female clip is clear.

3. Do this for both sides in the front of the bin, 4 clips total, real easy. Once you have all4 undone, the bin will seperate, to allow access to the back 3 clips.

4. Stick a screw driver through the new seperation, and turn the screw driver, to pull that inside lip away from the lid part. Be VERY CAREFUL !! Make sure you pry at the inside piece enough, or when you pull it apart, you will rip the clip off the lid, like I did on one of them.

Broke 1 of the 3 clips on the lid. Should still go back together.

Here is what the clip looks like, so you have an idea of how far you need to pry at the inside piece.

Be careful not to mar anything that would show one it is mounted in the truck when the door is closed, which really is the lid to the door itself.
