Supercrew Backseat Removal
I need to remove the rear seat to put an amp behind there. I have searched but only found directions for a supercab. Are they any different? There is something about a mini-buckle that I don't see. And there are some other steps that didn't seem to make sense. So far I have removed the middle seat buckle housing top and 2 bolts. That's as far as I got.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys. I finally got it. After a lot of cursing and punching the seat. The drivers side was super easy because my clip was not really fully open. I just had to tap it and it came up. The passenger side, well that's another story. But it's out. And I'm totally zip-tie-ing those ****** in case I have to adjust my amp. Glad that's done with!

Also, how did you mount your amps back there? I see you have a piece of wood against the cab. Could I have some more details?

Because the back wall isn't flat, I used 1/4" MDF to mount my amps on so that it gives me a flat surface for the amps to mount to. This helps with ventilation as well. I also relocated my power window motor (flipped it over and moved it more towards the sealt belt bracket).
EDIT: I only used strips of MDF on the ends for the amps to mount to. I just looked at my pics and it looks like a whole sheet behind the amp, but there's not. Just behind the crossovers.

I thought this was just too ghetto looking, and I fought moisture getting into the cab as a result. I siliconed the holes and used 1/4 inch plywood wedged into place to secure the amp on the wall. I am thinking about epoxying something to the back wall this time. I don't want to deal with the moisture even if you can't see the screws on these trucks.
