I wrote an entire post about what he was doing and my browser crashed. :o

I'll rewrite it. I had the guy attach a strap to my frame to pull my truck towards him and the camera if I were to slide back. I punched it fearing I would slide back down the hill and into the ditch on the left of the hill because it was pretty slick towards the bottom. The guy couldn't keep up with my truck. I once was able to push my truck in a complete 180 while on a trail with slick mucky ground. We did it because we were sliding into a swamp, literally. It was like sliding on ice, if I would try to go forward I'd slide sideways into the swamp so we had to push my truck around while spinning the tires. Very close call, no video. Hope that explains it.

Mark Chesnutt sings that song JJ. I can't believe I said Billy :P

At the part where I used profanity, I nearly broke my mirror off. And I was getting scratched to pieces. I reversed and pulled a dead tree out of my way. I cut down nearly every big branch I thought would scratch the hell out of my truck, but I'm not magic, especially being black (truck color, that is).

Thump.

Nice video. I'm glad to see i'm not the only one who likes to go trail riding and stuff. I went mudding the last night and the mud was frozen under my truck this morning and it would barely move. I'll get a video if I can figure out how to put it on the computer. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

T(h)anks Thump. I tried to put 2 tanks but it read it as 5 tanks, and it wouldn't let me post.

And JJ, that was where I decided to turn around and pull the dead tree out of my way. I almost fell in the river tossing it to the side (another story).

I'm not kiddin about the golf cart . Friend of mine has an old junky 2 stroke cart he acquired somewhere, i think somebody gave it to him just to haul it off. Its our clown car, 20" stock rear tires from a Raptor, everything else factory ancient golf cart equipment and a bright blue spray paint job. Its actually pretty zippy once it gets took off and will go just about anywhere a 2 wheel drive ATV will if he can get a run at it. We all have newer bikes but find ourselves argueing over who gets to drive/ride in the cart when we take it. Its a beast, maybe MAYBE 3 or 4 horses, bout 4 inches of ground clearance, no suspension whatsoever, 0-60 HAHAHAHA NEVER, 0-15: bout a minute.(Hey its a S-10 lowrider!!!!) Its so low and wide its ALMOST impossible to roll over. You can have your lift kits, your big tires, your lockers, winches etc., but do you have the skill (or insanity) required to push a really old golf cart to its limits and bring it back in one piece......I doubt it.

I had a truck that I didn't care about the scratches too but I paid too much money for this one to be putting it through that kind of stuff. I'll trail ride on reasonable trails and I'll hit a mudhole on the way to a deerstand or on a back country road but I'm not going to push the limits with this truck! Here's my old Ranger. I've been places in 2wd that my friends couldn't go in 4wd. I was the one always called to pull out the big V8 trucks.

It's a lot more fun to get stuck and have someone to pull you out there was no one around to pull me out someone came by in a honda atv and tried and he kept on wheelieing (spelling) so finally I had to call a friend.

friend of mine got stuck, that was less then a week after i got it.

I just want to show you all that it is my favorite looks like a Ford commercial

P.S. Josiah can I dl your video cuz the my (actually my gf's) internet sucks for streaming

who in the hell cares about a dumb *** golf cart? I have something with 4 tires that will eat it for lunch But thanks for writing a whole story about it. lol

GAFX4 A good friend of mind jsut sold his ranger that was almost set-up EXACTLY as yours! Tough trucks for sure. He constantly ragged the hell out of it and never really broke anything.

trust me, if you had to actually pay for that truck urself, have the title in your name, you wouldn't even take it on a dirt road, let a lone scratch it.
Not true. This is my second new vehicle. The first one was a 2003 mustang gt. I'm 24 years old and the parents have never paid a penny on my last 4 vehicles I've bought. Scratches are inevitable. Granted I'm not going to take my truck through some of the stuff Josiah did....but to each his own. I do take mine camping and have a few scratches. I didn't by this truck for show nor did I buy it for extreme offroading...I bought it for somewhere in the middle. And in the middle is a few scratches from time to time.
